Position Summary: Under supervision, performs various phases of work involving accounting in Fiscal Operations. Performs related work.
Reports to: Director of Fiscal Operations
Direct Reports: N/A
Key Relationships: BERS Section/Unit Managers and Supervisors. Interacts with retirees and members of BERS.

Plus In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, individuals must have two additional years of the experience described in "1" above
Special Note
To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level II individuals must have, in addition to meeting the minimum requirements, at least one year of experience as an Accountant‐Assignment I or at least two years of satisfactory full‐time professional accounting or auditing experience.
Preferred:
Salary: $64,998 - $70,000
(Internal candidates who are selected for this position and who currently hold comparable or less senior positions within the DOE will not earn less than their current salary.)
